Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship physical products worldwide. However, there may be restrictions for certain countries. Please check the available shipping options at checkout.
Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package.
You can also access your customer account to view your orders, profile, and available self-service options, including return requests where applicable.
Can I purchase digital music?
Yes, we offer digital music in MP3 format, sheet music, and other digital products where available.
Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase and can be accessed through your customer account. Please note that digital products are not shipped physically.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
We accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, cancellation, or withdrawal from the contract, please use the “Request a return” link available in the Account section of our website footer, or log in to your customer account and select the relevant order.
Items sent back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval will not be accepted.
